We ship within the borders of South Africa only and offer three shipping options currently:
1) Postnet2Postnet to all major centres at a Flat Rate of R99.00. Please indicate your PostNet collection location in the delivery address section when checking out. Orders over R1,600 ship for free.
2) Door2Door Delivery at a Flat Rate of R150.00. Please make sure that the street delivery address is accurate (House/Estate Unit etc Numbers, Street Names and Post Codes). Orders over R1,600 ship for free.
2) Collection at Skemer's location of which the address will be provided subsequent to payment receipt

Terms, Conditions, Warranties and Comments
General Warranty Comment
In case of potential warranties, please contact us at soonest.
For items shipped by Skemer and found to be faulty within 14 days of delivery over telephone diagnosis, Skemer will bear the cost to have the product returned, but this has to be explicitly arranged please. For any potential warranty returns after 14 days of purchase, the buyer is liable for cost to return the product for inspection.
In case the warranty claim is confirmed successful then Skemer will gladly fix or replace or refund (at Skemer or its suppliers' discretion and according to further terms below) and return the product to you at our cost, otherwise, the cost for fixing/replacing and return shall be born by the client
Skemer does not carry warranty on items not supplied by us.
We can not accept returns for convenience. Any returns shall be in relation to a warranty claim only, where replace, fix or refund is at the discretion of Skemer and its suppliers.
Warranty claims do not include the misuse or neglects of products

Important: Warranty terms specified by Skemer might differ from warranty terms specified by other NiteCore entities, as per user manual or other website. In such a case, Skemer’s warranty terms will apply as follow.
Chargers and batteries carry a 1 year replacement warranty. Surge and lightning damage is excluded and not covered.
All flashlights (excluding low cost lights) carry (2) year replacement warranty (if purchased in 2015 or later, else only 18 months) with the possibility for paid for component replacement after 2 years if the model is not discontinued.) but flashlights under the value of R900 carry a 12 month replacement warranty but flashlights under the value of R400 carry a 6 month replacement warranty. No flashlights with non li-ion battery damage will be covered by the warranty.
We are unfortunately not a repair/warranty service agent for NiteCore, we are a reseller if you buy from us your warranty is with us and will replaced/repaired by Nitecore on the backend, if not – we are not responsible for your warranty and we will not offer any repair services at a charge either.
Before contacting us, please check the following.
Your battery is in fact fully charged and not inserted the wrong way around, in the flashlight or in the charger. Flat batteries may take up to 10 hours to charge, so please be patient.
All the components of the torch are tightly fastened to allow contact, specifically refer to the tail cap of most torches and battery compartment of the TMxx series.
The MHxx and P25 etc… needs the switch ON when charging, otherwise these units will NOT CHARGE.
Also check that your belt clip is not inserted at the wrong position, causing the tail cap not to close properly.
For units that carry a 2 year replacement warranty, the option does exist for paid for component replacements after 2 years, if the model is not discontinued.
RESTRICTIONS ON WARRANTY TERMS
High Intensity flashlights will produce heat, some units will reduce brightness after a couple of minutes or at a certain temperature to reduce heat built-up. TURBO mode on most models is not sustainable for continuous use and is intended for sporadic use. Heat built-up is normal and unavoidable and will not constitute a warranty claim.
Returned items have to have a perceivable error in order to qualify as a valid warranty claim. In other words, when we test the item, we have to be able to detect a problem or malfunction. Items functioning normal or with undetectable errors will not be replaced.
Physical damage due to being dropped or being man handled and bent will not be covered by warranty. This will be a matter of interpretation by NiteCore. The 1.5m drop proof spec indicated on some products refers to the flashlight electronics being able to handle bumps and occasional drops etc. It can be readily expected and anticipated that if your light is dropped, especially onto a hard surface or especially the higher weight lights like the tiny monster, the metal components might scratch or bend or the glass might crack.
This damage is NOT covered under warranty, and in some cases where the metal is bent, a repair will not be possible without replacing the entire parts of the torch and that will incur costs by the client.
If the LED or electronics seizes to work and there is no prominent housing damage on the light, it will however be handled under warranty regardless of whether it was dropped or not.
It is strongly recommended to not submerge your flashlight. The IPX waterproofing is merely an indication that the flashlight is capable of handling day to day tasks such as walking in the rain, the warranty excludes purposefully submerging the unit and it can be expected that at some point a leak will occur when submerged.
Flashlights with battery leakage damage is not covered by any warranty .
